Ya....she growing up! The first picture is one of my favorite pictures of Whit and Dad. Yes that is Whit (although Mia thinks it is her)! I hear that I have cookie cutter children all of the time. Anyway, this month they both have birthdays! What a joy both of them are to our family.
Dad is such a great example to us....some things he is well know for are: his generosity (how many surprise boxes have been dropped of to someone in need), his great stories (what an imagination), his patients, his willingness to help others, his love and knowledge for the gospel, his love and dedication to his family. We love Dad so much, and hope he has a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Whit and I got to go shopping on Saturday, just the two of us, a rare occasion! We were shopping for dresses, (what a difficult process I might add....do they not make dresses anymore, and everything she tried on was waaaaaaay too short)! The overall day was good. I hope our relationship never changes, she is still willing to talk to me! You would think that we would have gone out for a good lunch, but no we grabbed a shake and a taco for the ride home. It was her choice, believe it or not she was tired after chasing with me all day!
Thanks for the little nudges to get something on my blog (Carrie and CTR). Not that I have had nothing to blog about....time seems to fly whether it is fun or not! Another side note, I have been slowly putting up a few items of Christmas decor, today the ceramic nativity I inherited! Oh....I love the Magic of Christmas!
